Auto Glass is eligible for repair when: The chip or crack is smaller than 6 inches (one line) or smaller than a quarter (multiple lines); The damage is not on your line of sight; The damage is not in front of a camera or sensor in the windshield; The damage is not on the edge of the windshield.
